
The Pharmaceutics department was established in the year 2011 to strengthen research and training in the area of Pharmaceutical technology. The Department of Pharmaceutics will strive to become a centre of excellence in the area of drug development, with the objective of developing cost effective newer delivery systems for better medication compliance.
The department involved in research activities in the field of pharmaceutical technology which includes drug delivery systems Like Tablets, capsules, liquid orals, microcapsules, semisolids, microcapsules, nanoparticles, transdermal systems etc.,
The Lab are fully equipped with sophisticated equipments such as dissolution rate test apparatus, tablet compression machines, tray driers, ampule & Ointment filling machine, bottle washing and filling machine,capsule filing machine and many more to get sound knowledge in industry oriented skills in manufacturing of formulations.
